The delivery of our first year of the National Game Strategy has seen significant development in all aspects of the Grassroots Game.
Here at Manchester FA we have an extensive Development Team to support the volunteer workforce which completes an invaluable job within Clubs and Leagues.
We have the following officers to support you:

* Football Development Officer - Clubs and Leagues
* Football Development Officer - Girls and Womens
* Football Development Officer - Disability
* Social Inclusion Co-ordinator - Football Foundation Funded
* County Welfare Officer - Safeguarding
* Referee Development Officer - Recruitment & Retention
* County Football Coach - School to Club Link Support / Girls and Womens.
The Development Team is headed up by our County Development Manager who works closely with the Chief Executive and the Business Development Manager to co-ordinate and deliver the objectives of The Football Association.
The Business Administration Team, delivers the operational duties and core governance procedures that support the County FA. The Business Development Manager oversees the management of this team.
Our Headquarters are at the Salford Sports Village, a fantastic development which offers Manchester FA so many unique advantages that come with a state of the art facility.
