Manchester FA - developing football for everyone
Get Into Football

FAMOA

Being a referee is like being part of a family, a community. It is important that all our referees are valued as each and every one of them play such an important role in football. FAMOA is a direct link between The Football Association and all connected with refereeing.

FAMOA exists to support, inform and develop match officials at every stage in their careers. Local activities will be promoted and co-ordinated by the Regional Manager (Referees) in conjunction with County Football Associations.

Referee Training Through FAMOA
 Dissemination of good practice.
 Developments in the game.
 Rewards in refereeing.
This will then lead to the match officials genuinely being one community, as all referees will have been privy to the same information. It is important to us that match officials are fully incorporated in the vision and mission of the FA.

MANCHESTER FA IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE 2010 FAMOA EVENTS WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

  • Monday 25 October 2010
  • Thursday 18 November 2010

Both events will be held at Salford Sports Village with a 6.30pm for 7pm start. As in previous years there will be a cold buffet provided prior to the vent and will include top class speakers.

To book your place on either event please contact peter.roberts@manchesterfa.com
