Manchester FA is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Dyson as Referee League Liaison Coordinator within the Referee Development Team.
This essential role will forge closer links between leagues and Manchester FA Referees.

Chris Dyson – League Liaison Co-ordinator
Born 24th August 1957
Married to Lynda, two sons Stephen and Andrew
Place: Liverpool
Lifelong Everton supporter.
Became involved in Stockport & District JFL (now East Manchester JFL) as a Team Manager of Reddish Boys in 1993.
Qualified as referee in 1995/96 along with wife Lynda.
Both sons qualified 1999/2000 along with 14 other members of Reddish Boys team.
Officiated in the Reddish & District JFL, Stockport Metro JFL, Manchester Football League, Manchester FA County Cup, Local Academy games.
Reached Level 5 - now inactive due to knee injury.
Held various Club and League positions, Team Manager, Club Secretary, League Secretary, League Welfare Officer.
Now Manchester League Welfare Officer.
Member of Stockport Referees Society.
