VACANCY: Referee Appointments Officer

Manchester FA is looking to recruit a dedicated Referee Appointments officer who will be responsible for attaining 100% coverage across matches involving our member clubs, leagues and competitions.

The role will also play an integral part in the development of our match officials by providing them with opportunities to learn and progress.

The successful applicant will receive an honorarium but must be motivated to support refereeing. We are looking for an individual who has a credible knowledge and understanding of refereeing and has an undoubted passion for grassroots football within Greater Manchester.

The role will require strong communication and IT skills along with knowledge of The FA Full-Time system to aid administration. Working flexibly is a key factor, as during the season the nature of the role will mean demands on time are likely to occur outside of traditional business hours.

Reporting to the Referee Development Officer, you will sit as part of our Referee Development Team who act as the volunteer workforce of the referee department at Manchester FA.
