Assistant Football Development Officer

A new opening at Manchester FA has arisen.

Manchester FA is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Assistant Football Development Officer to join our team.

We are looking for an individual who stands out from others, brings passion and enthusiasm to the team, provides a new way of thinking and will work collaboratively with others, both internally and externally from the organisation. This role is there to support the work of our Football Development Officers in their specific areas, Women & Girls, Disability and Clubs & Leagues to ensure that we are delivering our FA National Game Strategy 2018-21 targets.

The Assistant Football Development Officer will report into the Football Development Officer (Women & Girls) who reports to the Football Development Manager. Working closely with the Football Development Officers, the successful candidate will be delivering The FA’s National Game Strategy here within Greater Manchester.

It’s an exciting and rewarding role with the incentive of being part of a team that is highly regarded by The FA and grassroots football for leading change. To join our team and be successful you must be able to meet our three ‘core’ business values. These values must be demonstrated as part of your application and throughout the whole recruitment process, so the panel must be convinced of your passion, inspiration and professionalism.
