Manchester FA are committed to recognising the volunteers who have contributed to the grassroots game in Manchester over a sustained period of 10 years or longer. Please nominate the worthy volunteers from your clubs and leagues now.

Who can be nominated?

Any member of the grassroots community who has volunteered and served grassroots football in Manchester for ten years or more. Individuals will be recognised for achievement of the following lengths of service;

10, 15, 25 or 50 years 

When will the presentations be made?

All Manchester FA Long Service Award nominees will be recognised at our Annual Grassroots Awards on Friday 12th July 2019 at The Midland Hotel, Manchester.

Nominations can be submitted online by completing a short online form.

The deadline for MFA Long Service Award nominations is 5pm on Monday 13th May 2019.
