Our inaugural Coaches Conference will take place on the 1st September 2019.

Manchester FA is pleased to announce our inaugural Coaches Conference will take place on the 1st September 2019.

The landmark event is open to all active grassroots coaches and will consist of a series of workshops delivered by FA tutors and lead coaches within the professional game, with the aim of inspiring and motivating Manchester’s football coaching workforce.

Speaking of the event, Football Development Officer for Education and Workforce James Longdin explains: “As a County FA, we are really looking forward to delivering this event, which will connect our grassroots coaches with some of the most respected and recognisable coaches in the professional game. The coaching workforce in Manchester is constantly growing and diversifying and this event will really celebrate that and hopefully inspire coaches at all levels to continue their hard work.”

Topics covered on the day will include England DNA workshops, goalkeeping, futsal and much more, alongside opportunities to speak with Manchester FA and FA staff about your own coaching career.

The conference will be held at Platt Lane Complex, M14 7UU and further information, including guest speakers and ticket pricing, will be announced in June 2019.

Tickets will be available to purchase from 1st July 2019.
