Our Game In Manchester

We have two new roles within our organisation to support the welfare of grassroots football in Greater Manchester.

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a safe and fun environment for all in football, we have two new opportunities to join our team.

  • Referee Duty of Care & Appointments Officer
  • Safeguarding Support Administrator

The Referee Duty of Care and Appointments Officer is a new role and will be integral support for over 200 of our Match Officials who are under the age of 18. The full-time role will work alongside our Referee Development Officer, together with our Designated Safeguarding Officer.

In addition, we are also looking to appoint a Safeguarding Support Administrator. The role will be on a part-time basis, at 21 hours per week.

Safeguarding is at the heart of what we do and this is why it's important that we further invest in our workforce to support grassroots football.

The closing date for both applications is midday on Thursday 22 March.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 28 March for the Referee Duty of Care and Appointments Officer role and Thursday 29 March for the Safeguarding Support Administrator vacancy.

More information can be found on the downloadable 'Recruitment Packs' below.
