Manchester FA is hosting its first Sporting Memories session – and you’re invited!

Now more than ever, it’s important to stay in touch with family, friends, and wherever we can, create new friendships too. What better way to do that than by having a chat about your own sporting memories from years gone by?

What’s more, England and Manchester City legend Peter Barnes will join this Friday’s session! Peter will discuss his own memories of his playing career, which saw him become one of very few players to wear both a red and blue shirt in Manchester.

The theme for this Friday’s discussion is the ‘Greatest Manchester Eleven’. Manchester FA recently ran a poll, asking its social media followers to choose the best team comprised of players born only in Greatest Manchester.

Time will also be allocated for a Q&A with Peter for the final twenty minutes of this one-hour session, which will take place between 11am and 12pm on Friday.
