Manchester FA Young Leaders are Recruiting!

Are you a young person that wants to shape the football of the future within Greater Manchester?

Are you a young person that wants to shape the football of the future within Greater Manchester? 

Manchester FA Young Leaders are recruiting new members to join the existing group for a variety of roles including Referee Development, Coach Development, Football Services, Competitions and more. 

Manchester FA Young Leaders will complete personal projects across the course of the season, such as starting a new wildcats centre or delivering continuous personal development (CPD) within their own club environments. Leaders do not have to have previous experience and we are looking for fresh ideas to help shake up the football of tomorrow. 

We are looking for individuals aged between 14-24 to join the group as well as individuals that want to go above and beyond by acting as Chair & Vice Chair. 
Manchester FA Young Leaders is a voluntary role with opportunities to support Manchester FA as part of the wider Volunteer Workforce; 'Our Game In Manchester'.

Lauren McCorry, Manchester FA Designated Safeguarding Officer said; "I can't wait to see who comes forward for our next Young Leaders intake. Working with young people is vitally important to Manchester FA and is an integral part of our Business Strategy for 2021-24 which can be found HERE. Some of our previous leaders have gone on to achieve bigger things, with full time roles within County FA's, The FA and pro football clubs as just an example".
