Manchester FA is looking to appoint a new Independent Non-Executive Board Member for Communications & Marketing to our Board of Directors.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude who wants to make a positive contribution to grassroots football in Greater Manchester. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate, both in their application and at interview, their ability to deliver within Manchester FA's three core values: 'Passionate, Inspiring and Professional'.

What will you do?

- To provide the strategic direction for Communications and Marketing to effectively deliver the Manchester FA Business Strategy to achieve the overall long-term business objectives
- To support the Football Services Manager in developing annual Communications and Marketing Plan.
- To retain constant awareness of Manchester FA and The FA’s key priorities and check and challenge our digital content which brings to life our delivery.
- To ensure proactive communication and marketing tactics in meeting the needs for Grassroots football across Greater Manchester.
