REPORT DISCIPLINE (NON REGISTERED MATCH OFFICIAL)

The below 'Legacy Reports' should be used by a participant who assumed the role of ‘Match Official’ at a fixture but is an unqualified and unregistered Match Official.

Unregistered and/or unqualified Match Officials carry the same powers and duties of an appointed registered Match Official for the purpose of that match. This means that the Match Official is able to administer discipline on and off the field of play and is duty bound to report discipline to the Manchester FA.

All registered Match Officials must report discipline via the Whole Game System
