MAINE ROAD RESEVES

Role: Coach & Goalkeeper Coach

Role Overview: Maine Road Reserves are looking for young enthusiastic coaches to help us get to the next level. We currently compete in the Cheshire Football League (League 2) and we are closely linked to our first team (NWCFL Div 1 South). Must have their own means of travel to get to training (Manchester) and games (northwest). Coaching badges essential, but not a necessity depending on the applicant.

Referee appointment officer season 2024/25

RoleReferee Appointments Officer

Role Overview: Responsible for the appointing of Referees to cover games played in the North West Counties Football League,  The Cheshire Football League, and the Liverpool County Premier League.

Benefits: A suitable honorarium  will be paid.

Referee Appointment Officer

NORTH WEST WOMEN'S REGIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Volunteer Role: Fixtures Secretary and Referee Appointments

Role Overview: Fixtures Secretary to schedule and maintain games throughout a season and a Referee Appointments Officer to assign match officials to each game throughout the season

Number of Hours: 5-10 Hours per week

Benefits: Satisfaction of a job well done, working with a small Committee, out of pocket expenses paid throughout the season and expenses paid at the conclusion of the season

SOUTH MANCHESTER GIRLS FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Volunteer Role: Referee Appointments Officer

Role Overview: The South Manchester Girls Football League offers weekly football provision to 2500 girls aged 6-16 across Greater Manchester.  The role requires the referee appointments officer to request referee availability via Full Time on a monthly (calendar) basis, appoint referees weekly to all SMGFL fixtures and during the week leading up to the allocated fixtures make amendments/changes to allocations as required.

Number of Hours: 7 Hours per week

Benefits: The SMGFL committee is a social group. Previous rewards has included tickets to premier league matches.

SALFORD & DISTRICTS FOOTBALL LEAGUE
 
Volunteer Role: Chairperson

Role Overview: The SDFL facilitate fixtures for approximatly 270 teams/3500 players from U7s to U15s and we cover Salford and surrounding districts. Chairs role will be to chair meetings and ensuring smooth progression of meetings, offer support within the Mancom, represent the league at CFA/Council/league liaison committees, ensure teamwork amoungst key officers, understand the knowledge of FA Rules. 

Number of Hours: All depends on what is happening each week but approx. 7 - 10 hours a week

Benefits: Working with a small committee all with the same values and expenses are paid monthly during the season...

SALFORD & DISTRICTS FOOTBALL LEAGUE
 
Volunteer Role: Treasurer

Role Overview: The SDFL are a league of approx 270 teams, 3500 players from U7s to U15s. We are looking for a treasurer to look after the league accounts, issue and collect fines, production of Audited Accounts, Budgeting, ensure club subscriptions are up to date, day to day bills and payments, ensure payments to mancom. The applicant must be able to produce basic accounts, computer literate regarding excel.  

Number of Hours: 10 hours a week
